1. Service Agreement

By subscribing to Restapr, you acknowledge and agree to our terms of service. Our platform provides visual content generation and enhancement services primarily for businesses such as restaurants, and subscriptions grant you access to these services on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.

2. Subscription Activation and Billing

Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment. Billing is automatic and recurs monthly (or at the agreed-upon interval) unless canceled by the user before the next renewal cycle.

You are responsible for managing your subscription settings. Failure to cancel your subscription before renewal will result in continued billing.

3. Refund Policy

  • Initial Subscription Period: Once a subscription has started and service access has been granted, we do not issue refunds for the current billing cycle. This is because digital assets and resources are instantly allocated and/or delivered upon activation.

  • Renewals: If your subscription has automatically renewed, you are eligible for a full refund only if you request cancellation within 24 hours of the renewal. After this 24-hour window, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no partial or full refunds will be issued.

  • Non-Usage Is Not Grounds for Refund: Not using the service does not entitle you to a refund. You are responsible for cancellation prior to your next billing cycle if you no longer wish to use the service.

4. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your service access will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which no further charges will be made.
